KB Solvers processes personal data of clients, contacts and visitors of this website. Below is what we process, why and for how long.
Controller
KB Solvers, Minervahavenweg 15, 1013 AR Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is the controller for the processing of personal data described in this statement.
What data we process
- Name and company name where applicable
- Contact details: address, email, phone number
- Details about the property or object the work concerns
- Bank account number for invoicing
- Correspondence between you and KB Solvers
What we use this data for
- Performing the agreement and related work
- Communication about planning, execution and aftercare
- Invoicing and administration
- Legal obligations, including the fiscal retention period
- If requested, replying to your contact form or email
Legal basis
We process your data based on one of the GDPR legal bases: performance of an agreement, a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest (such as maintaining our customer records).
Retention period
- Invoicing data is kept for seven years under the fiscal retention obligation.
- Client correspondence is kept for as long as the client relationship runs plus a maximum of two years thereafter.
- Contact form submissions that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within six months.
Sharing with third parties
KB Solvers does not share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary for the performance of the agreement (such as a subcontractor) or where required by law (such as the Dutch Tax Authority). We sign a processor agreement with parties who process personal data on our behalf.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies. Any future analytics will be set up in a privacy-friendly way and without cookies where possible.
Your rights
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to data portability, the right to object to processing and the right to restrict processing. You can submit a request via info@kbsolvers.nl. We respond within four weeks.
Filing a complaint
If you believe we do not process your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
