Working with a construction perspective

Maarten Cok spent fifteen years in construction before moving into pest control. For an association this means: you get someone at the table who understands both the animal and the building fabric. What we do not do

• We have no 24/7 call centre. We schedule inspections on working days. Think first, act after.

Advisory work and second opinions

A large part of our work for associations and HOAs consists of advice. Not direct treatment, but assessment of something:

• A persistent file the board wants an answer on.
• A second opinion on another pest controller's or contractor's quotation.
• A structural assessment of a complex ahead of maintenance or renovation.
• Protocol or policy advice on how internal reports are handled.

Advisory work is strongly situation-dependent. In practice these projects run from €2,500 to €5,000, depending on scope, number of properties and reporting depth. You receive written conclusions that can be passed straight to the board, contractor or insurer without translation.

Beyond incident handling we advise managers and boards on rat prevention in their procedures:
